This effort combines the acquisition talent of Orchard Partners with the financial backing Alecta, a large foreign pension fund based in Sweden.
Within a 12 month period of time, Orchard Partners has deployed over $112 million in four separate transactions exceeding 600,000 SF of warehouse space.
