Leveraging a longstanding relationship, Orchard Partners worked with International Airport Centers (“IAC”) to identify core warehouse opportunities in major markets on the West Coast, with a preference for well-leased warehouse buildings not involving significant renovation or re-positioning risk.
This effort combined the acquisition talent of Orchard Partners with the financial backing of IAC’s pension fund client, Verizon.
In less than 12 months, the combined effort deployed approximately $85 million in four separate transactions totaling 935,000 SF of industrial space.
